The Creative Shed Agency team were in Birmingham this October to exhibit at the NEC. We were attending the Build Show, which is part of the UK Construction week, an industry leading exhibition. The exhibition is home to nine different shows, all under one roof such as the Timber Expo, the Energy Show, Smart Builds and Grand Designs just to name a few.
The Build Show which is in its second year has soon become a must-attend for leading industry specialists and seemed the ideal show for Creative Shed to showcase our services and work within this specific sector.
So why did we attend UK Construction Week? Although we work with and provide services to various different industry sectors, some of our biggest clients work within the construction industry. Our Managing Director, Marrieanne also has an extensive background in this sector, so she is certainly no stranger to the industry. Therefore, it seemed the perfect opportunity to showcase our services.
We are no strangers to exhibitions and shows, although it is usually on behalf of our clients. 2016 saw us take a plunge and exhibit as Creative Shed, a full-service marketing agency. We were exhibiting on stand B3/112, providing our free website performance checks, also known as “MOTs” to visitors and fellow exhibitors. During this check, we looked at the different aspects of their websites by checking for coding errors, page speeds, aesthetic consistency, mobile optimisation and any other areas of improvements we could find. We then gave them a score out of 100, anywhere over 80 was branded ‘good’, from this they could go back and make the improvements themselves, or with our
Our website reports rate websites out of a score of 100. Anything over 80 was good and from this, they could go back and make minor adjustments themselves, or with our expertise, we could help them improve their website to generate more business for their company.
But this offer isn’t just limited to the show! Don’t worry if you missed us, we can carry out website performance checks at any time. If you want us to examine your website, and give you feedback on how you can improve, get in touch with us, and we will arrange a website estimate, completely free of charge and no obligation.
